GSWF Warranty Terms & Information
The GSWF warranty covers all products in the Defender range (excluding accessories), provided that they are used, applied, and installed in accordance with GSWF’s official technical guidelines and installation instructions.
Product warranty registration must be completed after purchase from authorized GSWF IRAN dealers. To register your warranty, please send a photo of the warranty card and the purchase invoice, along with the full details of the vehicle owner, to the WhatsApp number below and wait for confirmation.

Warranty registration must be completed within 30 days after installation.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
- Failure to follow GSWF installation guidelines
- Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or improper use
- Incorrect installation or maintenance, or use of unauthorized washing tools
- Minor damage such as light scratches or surface stains
- Installation on headlights or windshield glass
- Installation by unauthorized or personal installers
Warranty Coverage
Any manufacturing defects and protection against yellowing, cracking, bubbling, or any failure related to the paint protection film material itself.
Limitations
Natural material changes due to environmental conditions—such as reduced clarity or gloss, or minor edge lifting—are considered normal and are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Claim Conditions
To submit a warranty claim, please send a photo of the warranty card, the warranty registration confirmation code, and at least three photos clearly showing the issue via WhatsApp to the number below, then wait for support confirmation.
